We all know that taking breaks during the day to 'power down and reboot' has a tremendously beneficial affect on our wellbeing, productivity and happiness ...but are the breaks that we take high quality ones and do we take them often enough?
Renaissance Souls can often feel there's not enough time in the day to do everything, so it's especially important for us to remind ourselves that there is plenty of time to express ourselves fully and taking a break actually helps us make the most of our days.
