I'm Neil Lloyd, and welcome to Streamflows.
I set up Streamflows in 2008 in response to a need for support for frontline staff in healthcare
Streamflows offers:
- Bespoke training and development for healthcare practitioners and teams
- Coaching to support individuals and teams undertaking proactive change
- Facilitation of meetings, events and workshops
Having worked on the frontline and away from it, in senior clinical and management roles, I became aware that access to practical, focused support for healthcare practitioners delivering services and leading teams is fragmented.
Working at the sharp end in healthcare is extremely rewarding, exhilirating and challenging. It can be difficult to find the time to look after yourself and it's all too easy to get stuck on the treadmill of fire fighting.
There is a better way! Whether you are already taking steps forward in the way you deliver services and work with your team or whether you are feeling stuck, you may benefit from training, coaching or facilitation from someone with real world experience; someone who's been there, understands the healthcare environment and can understand the pressures and joys of a career in healthcare service delivery.

Streamflows Associates:
Joy Whitlock has 30 years NHS experience across primary and secondary care in nursing and management. The last 9 years have been at senior management level as a leader of change and modernisation. A graduate of IHI, Joy also has an MSc in Theory of Constraints and currently works as a Service Improvement Manager for an acute Trust and as a regional Improvement Advisor for the 1000 Lives Campaign.
Andrew Garland is an experienced trainer, having designed and delivered strategic learning packages for multi-nationals as well as providing open courses across the UK. He has a BEd (Hons) in adult education and psychology and currently lectures at Cardiff University. Described as a "natural trainer," "dynamic" and "engaging" by the people who have attended his courses, Andy is known for his professional, friendly style.
